In Memory of Bryan Frost

We would like to pay tribute to Bryan Frost, one of the video contestants and the brother of a member of our Got Tuition team, Whitney Ripley. Bryan was tragically killed before the judging for the contest began. Bryan was a brilliant young film maker at the University of Southern California who was always pushing the limits and inspiring others to do the same. From a young age Bryan set high goals for himself and consistently achieved them. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in economics in May 2007 and was then accepted to the University’s prestigious film school. In Bryan's short twenty-three years he changed people for the better all over the world. Bryan’s smile and quick wit won people over immediately. He spent the summer of 2008 in Pakistan filming a documentary on the Iraq war. He always gave more than he took and held no preconceived judgments of people. He never saw race, religion, or gender - he only saw a person’s character. Bryan was a beautiful, intelligent, and compassionate person who will be dearly missed. His family and friends love him deeply and he will always be in their hearts. Because of Bryan's passion for helping others, there has been a scholarship fund set up in his honor. Donations may be made to The Bryan Frost Memorial Scholarship Fund at any US Bank location (150 W. State St. Eagle, ID 83616)
